Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on our social media pages or website. We strive to ship same-day on orders placed before 4pm est. You will receive an email with USPS or UPS tracking when the shipping label is created. USPS or UPS then delivers each package within 2-5 business days. All packages are shipped First-Class, Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Any items lost or damaged during transit are not our responsibility. If this occurs, send us an email & we'll reach out to the carrier to request additional help.
We do offer local pickup at checkout. If you're located in Macomb County or near Washington, MI - feel free to choose 'local pickup' at checkout. Orders are ready within 24 hours. You'll receive an email prompting you to fill out a requested pickup time/date via Google Forums. Please fill this forum out as soon as possible. Your order will be placed on our porch during that requested time. This pickup is contactless. If any issues arise, send us an email!
Our plus size line ships directly from our vendors in Los Angeles, CA. It takes our vendors approximately 1-3 business days to process your order. Once ready, the item will ship directly to you from our vendor in CA. Transit times may take longer, expect your package 3-7 business days after shipment details are sent.

We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit ONLY. Any item marked down or bought during a promotion is FINAL SALE. Additionally, plus size apparel, jewelry & garment items are also FINAL SALE. In the rare case of a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email to arrange a return. You must reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will send over a pre-paid shipping label once you provide us this information. Once the label is sent, you have 7 days to return the item(s). Items must still be tagged & not washed/worn. If your item is not shipped within the 7 days, the label will be canceled. Please ensure your package receives a scan before the 7 day mark to avoid label cancellation. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) business days from delivery date to process your return. We will notify you when the return has been processed & we sent over the store credit. We will deduct the return label fee ($5.50) from your store credit. Additionally, any reward credit earned from the purchase will be deducted.
Customers are able to process a return up to 3 times a year (per order, not per item). Once this is exceeded, purchased items are FINAL SALE until 365 days following the first return. We will notify you once it's your last return of the year.
